Compression Tube Fittings Return Policy

Parts must have been purchased within 6 months.
The invoice number and purchase date must be referenced. The party claiming the credit or requesting return authorization must have been the original purchaser.
Obtain return goods authorization number prior to return.
Return freight must be pre-paid by the customer.
After return of item(s), the balance of the original invoice must meet the minimum order amount of $100.00 Net.
Items not in standard pack quantities and original packaging are not acceptable for return.
Special runs are not returnable. (Black parts and other parts not considered normal inventory.)
Authorization and credit are subject to review of items requested. Condition of parts will also be taken into consideration (e.g., parts cannot be contaminated, used, missing grippers, or have undergone design changes).
Credit subject to our count once received.
A minimum restocking charge of 15% will apply.
Parts sent in error (incorrect material, incorrect parts, etc.) must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
Indicate RMA # on return label.
Credit issued at selling price at time of original purchase.
Any return in excess of $1,000.00 must be approved in advance by Jaco management.
Jaco reserves sole discretion to accept or reject any return. Approval depends on the ability to resell the item(s) within a reasonable timeframe.

These are the standard procedures. No deviations or exceptions are permitted without prior approval from management.
